Refund policy

Room for Joy Color Club is a digital membership. Each month's collection is an instant download the moment it's released to you, so we don't offer refunds for collections that have already been released.

This applies to yearly memberships too. If you cancel partway through a year, you keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and every collection released during it stays yours.

When we'll make it right

If something went wrong, such as being charged twice, being charged after you cancelled, or a file that won't open, email us at jazzmin@roomforjoy.co and we'll fix it or refund the charge.

Nothing is shipped, so there are no returns or exchanges.
