Cancellation policy

Room for Joy Color Club is a monthly or yearly membership that renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel whenever you like, with no fees and no questions. Sign in at shop.roomforjoy.co/account (or use the "Manage your subscription" link in any of our emails), open your Color Club subscription, and choose Cancel. Your cancellation takes effect right away, and you won't be charged again.

What you keep

You keep access through the end of the time you've already paid for. Every collection released while your membership was active is yours to keep, and stays available to download at members.roomforjoy.co after you cancel.

Pause instead of cancelling

Need a break? You can pause your membership from the same page instead of cancelling. While paused, you won't be charged and new collections won't be added, and you keep everything you already have. When you resume, you keep the price you joined at, including the founding member price. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll join at the current price.

Refunds

Because each collection is an instant download, we don't refund collections that have already been released, including the remainder of a yearly membership. See our Refund policy for details.
